Vanessa K. Williams
Vanessa K. Williams is a Regional Director for Resources for Human Development (RHD) where she manages the growth and stability of assigned corporate programs. Her responsibilities include program development, regulation compliance, licensing, fiscal accountabilities, and networking with funders, families and consumers. In addition, Vanessa provides supervision and support to assigned staff (Unit Directors, Quality Assurance Analyst/ Program Coordinators) and hears staff and consumer grievances, as well as assignment to corporate administrative initiatives, advocacy for assigned programs and projects in SE Region supporting individuals with Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities and Autism (PA IDD).
Vanessa is passionately committed to the community in which she lives and works. She volunteers with numerous nonprofit programs and projects that focused on improving / advocating for a better quality of life for community, residents, businesses and individuals. She is a Board member for several community organizations including Overbrook West Neighbors (OWN) CDC, the 19th District Police District Advisory Committee (PDAC) and Co-Block Captain all serving the community in which she and her family reside.
Ms. Williams attended the College of Liberal Arts at Temple University and earned a Master of Science in Community & Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University. Vanessa and her husband Raymond live with their son Wesley in the Overbrook community of West Philadelphia.
