Overbrook West Neighbors, Inc. is extremely grateful to our supporters for their generosity that helps us improve the quality of life in Overbrook. They include a variety of corporations, government agencies and foundations. Together, their support helps to deliver programs and services for the people of Overbrook. Some of the ways our supporters invest in our community are listed below.

Human Services, Programs & Activities. Our supporters are invested in ensuring we provide our Overbrook neighbors with quality programs and services. Whether they be at one of our public-serving institutions, at churches throughout our neighborhood or as a co-sponsor for programs that have a positive impact on our neighbors.

Physical Improvements / Capital Investment. Our supporters have provided a way for us to make physical improvements to our community including renovations to the owner occupied homes of our older adults, signage at Tustin Playground, installation of Welcome to Overbrook signs on the Upper Lancaster Avenue Business Corridor and acquisition of a mixed-commercial property for our office space.

Organizational Planning. Our supporters have invested in our plans to enhance commerce on the Upper Lancaster Avenue Business Corridor, to revitalize the facilities at Tustin Playground a historic recreation center where Kobe Bryant, Wilt Chamberlain and countless other basketball greats have played and to grow our organization to become a force for change in our Overbrook neighborhood.

Special Events. Our supporters have sponsored a variety of special events including A Celebration of Overbrook Leadership to acknowledge our neighbors, meetings with block captains and business owners, Mamba Day! A Celebration of Kobe & Gigi Bryant and The Overbrook Night Market, an annual food and cultural event celebrating Overbrook, its people, businesses and community.
