Dr. Wesley Proctor
Dr. Wesley Proctor is the Executive Administrator and Youth Pastor of Victory Christian Center, a faith-based organization that describes itself as “The Bedrock of Southwest Philadelphia!” In addition, Dr. Proctor is the Founder and CEO of Wesley Proctor Ministries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting spiritual and academic excellence and building nonprofit organizational capacity via training and development. A Philadelphia native, he is a proud graduate of George Washington Carver High School of Engineering & Science. Dr. Proctor is the author of three books, and holds degrees from University of Delaware, Temple University and a Doctor of Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
